These terms cover subscriptions, billing, refunds, acceptable use, privacy references, and support for Yakety.
Using Yakety
Yakety provides speech transcription, speech-pattern analysis, real-time feedback, saved reports, and related coaching suggestions. You are responsible for how you use the output in meetings, interviews, presentations, and other contexts.
Yakety is not a guarantee of speaking performance, employment outcomes, promotion decisions, sales results, or other professional results.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account.
Do not use Yakety to break the law, infringe rights, harass others, upload or transmit malware, probe or attack systems, reverse engineer protected services, or attempt to bypass subscription limits.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. A payment method is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the plan price shown at checkout when the trial converts to a paid subscription.

Data and privacy
Yakety does not store audio recordings. Yakety may store transcripts, analysis reports, highlighted speech patterns, and better-phrasing outputs so the product can show your saved history.

Changes and availability
Yakety may change features, plans, pricing, limits, third-party providers, or availability over time. Yakety may suspend or limit access if needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or billing issues.
Yakety is provided without a promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
Trial, cancellation, and refunds
Yakety plans include a 7-day trial with the trial usage limit shown at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Yakety offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund, contact support@yakety.io and include the email used at checkout.
Refund eligibility may be limited for repeated subscriptions, abuse, chargebacks, or accounts that violate these terms.
